What type of program is this and who is it for?
“Discover your fulfilling career pathways” is a personalised one-to-one career advice, exploration and guidance program for anyone: students, graduates, adult career changers or for career advancement. It is available in Melbourne and online.
This personalised career advice program is designed to assist you on your career and work journey - but you will always be in the driver's seat. As a career coach, Louise does not press a button on a one-size-fits-all piece of software and tell you what career you should have for now and evermore. Instead, Louise guides your journey of discovery and provides you with career advice and a clear action plan to be the driver of your own career.
You can choose the full exploration program which moves through four distinct stages based upon established and proven career development and life-stage principles and practices. All assessments and resources necessary to complete the program are included in the program fee.

Alternatively, if you have a career goal in mind but are unsure how to achieve it, you could choose the career strategy session instead. This includes 1 one-hour session followed by an emailed career advice and strategy plan. This option is not suitable for those unsure of their desired career pathways and, as no assessments are included. It is also not suitable for anyone wishing to obtain a professional opinion from a carer coach about whether their goal will be result in a personally fulfilling outcome.
What will I get?
- Three* one-hour one-to-one career advice consultations with a fully qualified and experienced career coach to move through the four stages of the program including: discussing your current personal situation; undertaking a range of career assessments; exploring personally relevant career, work and/or study options; and developing an action plan
(*school & first-time Uni/TAFE students have two consultations at reduced fees)
- Louise also works for you between sessions, researching relevant career, work and study options personally tailored to your unique situation
- A professionally presented personal career report containing a clear and doable action plan that lets you be the driver of your own career
- Email support at any time during the career advice program and for one month following delivery of your career report
- Your choice of two convenient service options for arranging your one-on-one career advice consultations (Business Hours or After Hours)
- Your choice of two convenient payment options (cash or internet banking direct transfer) for your career advice program
- Most people complete their career advice program within 4-6 weeks. However, Louise offers up to a maximum of three months after payment to complete your program (with the one month of email support being additional)
