When it comes to career choice there is no such thing as what you "should" be doing. In fact, it is not helpful to think in this way. In careers, as in life, it is always about making personally-relevant choices, being open to possibilities and adapting to change. Louise's personalised one-to-one programs are designed to assist you on your career journey - but you will always be in the driver's seat. Louise does not press a button on a one-size-fits-all piece of software and tell you what you job should be for now and evermore. Instead, Louise will guide you on a journey of discovery and provide you with a clear action plan to be the driver of your own career.
Have you ever considered that it is your career and current job that is the enabler of your all your spending choices? Many choose to spend quite a bit of money each year on lifestyle options like coffees, gym or take-aways, etc. Investing in your career is really a wise and valuable enabler of both personal fulfillment and lifestyle choices. Investing in Louise's services has two costs: the initial financial cost, and the subsequent personal effort to implement action plans post-service. In return for the financial cost, Louise is committed to providing you with a personalised one-to-one professional career development service with a clear, practical and doable action plan as the service outcome. Leveraging that into a full value-for-money outcome over time is, of course, up to you.
Career Development is something that only works when an adult client is motivated to take ownership and action for themselves. Even though friends and family members may have well-intentioned motives in seeking out help, there is rarely any long-term benefit if the adult client is not taking the initiative in the process. It is also a confidential process, so it would not be ethical to discuss an adult client's issues through a third person. So please browse the information on this site and pass it on to the person concerned. We would be very happy to answer your friend's/family member's questions directly with them. Bookings can only be made by the person intending to take up the service, regardless of who is actually paying. Parents may, of course, inquire on behalf of their pre-adult school-aged children.
